Overview
Vitosha mountain is just above Sofia and it offers variety of trails, from easy dirt roads with a little bit of uphill/downhill riding to downhill courses with man build features like drops, jumps and berms. As it’s close to the capital of Bulgaria, Vitosha Mountain is being visited by thousands of people each day, all year round. The single trails are well maintained and have improvements every year. There are endless options for mountain biking, you can just spent the day on the saddle and enjoy an easy trip or go big and climb up the highest peak in the mountain and descent all the way down to the city. Shuttle or chairlift will get you closer to the top. A local restaurant with traditional food will keep us energized.
